Our story
Most teams don't need another task app. They need one place where all their work, whatever shape it takes, moves forward together.
We started Kaziflow after watching teams split their work across a task tool, a sales spreadsheet, a support inbox and a dozen chat groups. Every tool had its own idea of what work looked like, and none of them fit.
So we built a workspace around a simple idea: every piece of work is a record that moves through stages. You decide what the record is, which fields it has and which stages it passes through. Tasks, leads, tickets and requests then live side by side, on boards your whole team can see change in real time.
