We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BizBora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIZBORA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BizBora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
