01Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Kaziflow (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Kaziflow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
02Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and passkeys safe, and for everything that happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
03Workspaces and your team
A workspace belongs to the person or organisation that created it. Workspace owners and administrators decide who can join, what each person can see and change, and can remove people at any time.
If you join a workspace someone else owns, they control the content in that workspace, including anything you add to it.
04Your content
You own the records, documents, comments, files and other material you put into Kaziflow (Your Content). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run, secure and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to upload it and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.
05Acceptable use
When using Kaziflow, you agree not to:
- break any law or help anyone else do so;
- upload malware or anything designed to harm the Service or other users;
- try to access workspaces, accounts or data you have not been given access to;
- overload, probe or scan the Service, or bypass its security or usage limits;
- use the Service to send spam or to harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
- copy, resell or rebuild the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or remove access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
06AI features and connected assistants
Kaziflow includes AI features that draft projects, records and checklists, and lets you connect outside AI assistants. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before relying on it. Nothing an AI feature drafts is saved until a person approves it.
Assistants you connect act with the permissions of the person who connected them. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and what they do in your workspace.
07Plans, fees and payment
Some features are free and others require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise. If a payment fails, we may limit your workspace to free features until it is resolved. We will give you notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.
08Availability and changes
We work to keep Kaziflow running and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
09Ending your use
You can stop using Kaziflow and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk or stays unpaid.
After a workspace is closed, you can ask us for a copy of Your Content for a limited time, after which it is deleted from our systems in line with our Privacy Policy.
10Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be handled by the courts of Kenya, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make important changes, we will let you know by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Kaziflow after that, you accept the updated terms.
