01What we keep
When you connect a Facebook Page to a Kaziflow workspace, we store:
- the Page’s ID, name, category, link and profile picture address;
- an access token for the Page, stored encrypted, so assistants in your workspace can read and publish posts when you ask them to;
- who connected the Page and when.
We do not keep copies of your posts or comments. They are read from Facebook each time an assistant asks for them. When a post is published through Kaziflow, your workspace’s activity log records that it happened, with a short excerpt of the text.
02Disconnect a Page in Kaziflow
- Step 1: sign in to Kaziflow and open your workspace.
- Step 2: go to Social accounts in the sidebar.
- Step 3: click the bin icon next to the Page and confirm.
The Page and its access token are deleted straight away, and assistants lose access to it. Anyone in the workspace with permission to manage social accounts can do this.
03Remove Kaziflow from Facebook
- Step 1: on Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Step 2: open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Step 3: find Kaziflow and click Remove.
This stops Kaziflow’s access to your Pages at once. To have us delete the details we stored as well, disconnect the Page in Kaziflow as above, or email us as described below.
04Ask us to delete your data
Email [email protected] with the subject “Facebook data deletion”. Send it from the email address on your Kaziflow account if you have one, and include the name or ID of the Facebook Page.
We will delete the stored Page details, access tokens and related activity log entries within 30 days, and reply to confirm when it is done.
05Posts on Facebook
Posts published to your Page through Kaziflow belong to your Page and stay on Facebook after you disconnect. Delete them on Facebook if you no longer want them.
06Contact
